QR check-in (QR受付) records a trainee's arrival on a tablet or computer at the front desk. After check-in, the booking board and the instructor's lessons today show Arrived. A check-in is not a training-record line and not attendance.

  1. Open the Check-in QR code (受付用QRコード) in My training (it changes every 60 seconds).

  2. Before the lesson, hold it to the front-desk camera or QR reader.

The QR code on an entry card issued by the school works too. A student number alone is not accepted.

  1. Sign in with a staff account and open QR check-in in the driving school area.

  2. Optionally enter a device name (for example, Front desk 1). Where the school has campuses, choose Campus of this device to accept only that campus's trainees.

  3. Press Kiosk view and set a staff PIN to show only the check-in screen, full screen.

With a QR reader attached, keep the input field selected and scan. To use the camera, press Read with the camera.

The times come from the school's lesson rules. The defaults are:

ItemDefault
Opens60 minutes before the period starts
LateChecking in after the start time is recorded as late
Device cutoff10 minutes after the start (the office checks in after that)

One scan checks in only the next period today. With several lessons in a day, check in for each period.

Arrivals today shows arrived, late and not arrived per period (refreshed every 30 seconds).

  • A trainee who arrives late can be checked in by staff until the period ends (recorded as late).

  • A trainee who did not come is marked No-show. If the lesson rules set a no-show fee, it is charged.

Instructors see arrivals only for their own lessons.
