Hours per subject add up from attendance; only participants with full hours move on to the written and practical exams.

- Are the course hours exact?
- They follow the published regulations; for a few courses the screen asks you to check against your registration first.
- Can we bill per company?
- Fees and payments are totalled per company; combine with Classio billing to issue invoices.
- Can we reissue lost certificates?
- Void the original with a reason and reissue under a new number; the link to the original is kept.
