Classio mail comes from a fixed sender for each purpose. If something does not arrive, check your spam folder and receiving settings.
Senders
| Sender address | |
|---|---|
| Account registration, password reset, sign-in codes | @auth.classio.jp |
| Security notices such as a password change or a sign-in from a new device | security@auth.classio.jp |
| School notices, fees, applications, emergency notices | @school-name.classiomail.com (a fixed name for each school) |
| Nobica account and guardian notices | @mail.nobica.jp |
| Classio invoices and service notices (school administrators) | @billing.classio.jp, @service.classio.jp |
You can see the school's sender in the From line of an email the school sent you. Schools on the Enterprise plan may send from their own domain instead (for example mail.school-domain; see Send school mail from your own domain (sending domain)).
What to check
Look in your mail app's spam folder. If the email is there, mark it as not spam.
If you use mobile-carrier mail (docomo, au, SoftBank), add
auth.classio.jpand the school's sender (school-name.classiomail.com) to the allowed senders or domain allowlist in the spam settings.Ask the school to check your email address. After an email could not be delivered, nothing more is sent to that address until it is corrected.
Some email, such as emergency notices and password notices, is sent whatever your notification settings. If you linked LINE, school notices mostly arrive by LINE.
