Share instructors between schools of a group

How schools of the same group share an instructor. Sharing starts with both administrators' consent; each school sees the other's lessons only as busy time, and the instructor's calendar and daily periods are checked across both schools.

Schools that belong to the same group can share instructors. Sharing is managed under Instructors shared in the group (グループ内の共有指導員) on the instructor qualifications screen.

  1. An administrator of the instructor's school presses Share an instructor, picks the instructor and the other school, and sends the offer.

  2. An administrator of the other school chooses Accept or Decline.

  3. The accepting school registers the instructor's qualification for its own records on the qualifications screen.

Only instructors with a registered instructor qualification can be shared, and only with schools of the same group that use the driving school features.

  • The receiving school can put the instructor on its own lessons (booking board and suggestions).

  • The instructor's calendar is checked across both schools: no two lessons at the same time.

  • If the lesson rules set a daily limit per instructor, lessons at both schools count.

An administrator of either school can End sharing (with a reason). The instructor is taken off the receiving school's future lessons, which become unassigned; suggestions can assign another instructor.

Offers, acceptances and endings are recorded in each school's audit log.
