Record pickup and information restrictions

How to record people who must not collect a child or be told about them, and share it with staff.

When a protection order or custody arrangement means a child must not be handed over to someone, or their whereabouts, contact details or grades must not be shared, record it here. Restrictions in force show at the top of the student page.

  1. Open the student page and press 制限を登録 under 引き渡し・情報提供の制限.

  2. Choose the person: a linked guardian, or 登録されていない人物 to enter a name and relationship.

  3. Choose the restrictions: do not hand over, do not share information, no contact.

  4. Enter the basis, the start date and an optional end date, write what happened and which documents you checked, and press 登録.

Setting 情報提供不可 or 面会・接触不可 on a linked guardian unlinks them: the guardian screens no longer show the child and school notices stop. While the restriction is in force, the guardian cannot be linked again.

  • Staff responsible for the student see the person's name, relationship, the restrictions and the period, for example to check at pickup.

  • Only administrators, academic administrators and registrars see the basis and notes.

  • For a student whose address must not become known, an administrator can set a protected address (住所秘匿). See Access to personal data and the access log.

  • End a restriction with 制限を終了. Ending it does not re-link the guardian.
