This area covers classes themselves and learning before and after class. Teachers use it to set and grade assignments, record classes and send lesson reports to guardians; Students use it to check assignments, videos and learning logs. Guardians can view lesson reports and videos. The pages you see depend on your role, and some pages may not appear depending on your plan or module settings.

Screen

LMS・課題

A screen for assignments. What you see depends on your role.

  • Teachers: use the tabs Assignments (課題一覧), Submissions (提出状況) and Awaiting grading (採点待ち) to create assignments from New assignment (新規課題), grade submissions and return feedback.

  • Students: To hand in (提出する課題) lists your assignments, due soonest first (overdue ones in red). Open one to read it and submit right there with Submit (提出する); after the due date it is recorded as late. Submitted (提出済み) shows the score and your teacher's comment.

  • Administrators and academic administrators: a view-only list of assignments across every class, with the teacher, due date, number who submitted and number awaiting grading, and counts at the top (published, due within 7 days, awaiting grading, ungraded 7 or more days after hand-in). Filter by Has work to grade (採点待ちあり) or Due within 7 days (7日以内に締切). If your access is limited to certain campuses, only classes on those campuses are shown.

  • The public demo shows the class assignment overview without creation, submission or grading. An empty state is shown when no sample records exist.

Screen

オンライン学習

A screen for managing learning progress in correspondence courses (通信制課程) and online classes, in-person sessions (面接指導, known as schooling, スクーリング), and risk alerts. Staff see the tabs Overview (概要), Students (学生一覧), Schooling (スクーリング) and Correspondence programs (通信教育プログラム); Students see their own unsubmitted assignments and their schooling schedule and history.

  • Course requirements under Correspondence programs show their credits. For a subject with a curriculum placement, choose the placement in Add course requirements (科目要件を追加); its credits (decimals allowed) are used for completion requirements, progress, credit certification and the locked ledger.

  • In a draft high-school program, Subject category defaults (教科区分の既定要件) records reports and schooling unit hours per credit, plus examinations. They are multiplied by the credits when course requirements are created, rounding up.

Screen

Video library

A library of class videos. Staff upload from Add video (動画を追加), publish to a chosen audience after the file safety check is complete, and check viewing status and quiz results. Students and Guardians can resume published videos where they left off, and videos with a quiz are marked as watched once the quiz is passed.

Screen

授業実施報告

A screen for recording, for each class confirmed on the timetable, what was actually taught, changes from the plan, homework, materials used and handover notes for next time. The teacher saves a draft and presses Submit (提出), and staff check the content and choose Mark as checked (確認済みにする) or Return (差し戻す).

Screen

Lesson reports

The lesson report (指導報告) screen, which sends each lesson's content, homework and goals for next time to Guardians and Students. Teachers create drafts with Create lesson report (指導報告を作成) or Bulk create (一括作成) and send them; depending on the template settings, reports are published only after a staff check. Guardians and Students read the reports they receive, and if replies are enabled, they can ask questions by replying.

  • What you are writing is kept on this device as a draft; Restore draft (下書きを復元) brings it back next time. A save made offline is sent when the connection is back. Using the Classio app

Screen

授業評価アンケート

The course evaluation survey screen. Teachers and other staff check response status in Surveys for my classes (担当授業のアンケート一覧) and see the totals in View results (結果表示). Students answer surveys that are waiting for their response.

Screen

Learning logs

A screen for checking records of study time. Students can register their daily study time with Log study (学習を記録), and see a 28-day graph and their streak of consecutive days. Staff choose a student to see trends in study time collected through manual entry, linked apps and CSV import.

Screen

学習サポート

A screen for Teachers who support students' learning. Switch between Students to reach out to (声かけ候補), Questions from students (生徒からの質問), Guardian reports (保護者レポート), Nobica link (Nobica連携), Class learning (クラスの学習) and Shared goals (共有された目標), and respond to students' requests to check their achievements. Students to reach out to only shows the numbers behind each suggestion; the teacher decides whether to reach out.

  • On the meeting preparation sheet, AI can draft the meeting record and next steps from your notes. Put in the sheet (シートに入れる) adds it to the text; the teacher saves it.

  • Names, the school name and contact details are hidden first. Notes about health, family circumstances or similar are not sent, and such records are left out of the draft.

  • Under Test ranges (テスト範囲) in Nobica link, publish a test date and its range to your classes, to several classes at once if needed.

  • Students who turned on Receive school plans (学校の予定を受け取る) get it as a test goal with a daily plan. Editing it replans their plan.

  • The school sees only how many students receive it, and fewer than 5 is not shown. Withdrawing it stops the students' plan.

Screen

Nobica (my study record)

Opens Nobica, the learning app that students use themselves. Their goals' ranges decide what to study today (今日やること), and they record study time and materials to see their own progress. If they are connected to the school, the records they share also reach their teachers.
