Only the student can edit, publish or delete their work. The school can comment, make a school pick, or hide a work. The student is notified of each.

  • Teachers of the student's classes or homeroom, career staff and administrators also see private works, so they can give feedback.

  • Other teachers, guardians and others see only published works.

  • The same works appear on the Portfolio tab of the student record.

Open a work, write in Write a comment and press Send. The student is notified and can reply. Only the student and their teachers and staff see comments. You can delete your own comments.

Open a published work and press Make a school pick. It is shown under School picks in the gallery and the student is notified. If the student makes the work private again, the pick is removed.

For works that need checking (copyright, personal information and so on), press Hide and give a reason. The work leaves the gallery and share links at once and the student is told the reason. Press Unhide when it is resolved.

Students with few works, above the gallery, lists enrolled students with fewer than 3 published works. It starts with the departments that use portfolios; choose another department if needed. Select students and press Send a reminder to notify them in the app, at most once every 7 days per student.
