Report card & records (通知表・要録・調査書) builds the record data for each student from grade, attendance and health room records. Check the content on screen, then export it as CSV.

  1. Open Report card & records (通知表・要録・調査書).

  2. In Record (帳票), choose Report card (通知表), Cumulative record (指導要録) or Application transcript (調査書).

  3. In Student (生徒), search for and choose the student, and enter the School year (年度).

  4. Press Generate (生成). The term, credits, scores and grade (評定) for each subject are shown, along with school days, absences, late arrivals and early departures, attendance rate, and the number of health room visits.

  5. After checking the content, press CSV to export it.

Records use the grades for the selected school year. For how grades are entered and approved, see Enter and finalize grades.

Where report governance is enabled, records cannot be generated without an approved template.

When you choose a record whose format isn't approved yet, the screen shows what to do.

  1. An administrator or registrar presses Draft the Classio standard format. A draft with the items of the national reference format is added to the report template register.

  2. An administrator or executive other than its creator checks it against your school's format.

  3. They enter the acceptance reference (such as an internal approval number) and press Approve. The record can then be generated.

The cumulative record includes viewpoint grades, approved comments and the behaviour record (year-end marks, or the last term's if there are none).

In Career plan (進路希望) on the same screen, you can record ranked preferred schools for the selected student and year, and manage the exam type and result (planned, passed, failed, school entered and so on). The Counselor note (担当者メモ) is not shown to guardians or students.
