Once you link a Google or Apple account, you can use it to sign in. Accounts that aren't linked can't sign in, and no new account is ever created.
Starting linking or sign-in on a school page returns you to that school after authentication. Signing in at the Classio front door takes you to your school workspace.
Link an account
Sign in as usual with your email and password (or LINE).
Open Profile (プロフィール) from the account menu.
Under Sign in with another account (外部アカウントでログイン), press Link (連携する) for Google or Apple.
Sign in on the Google or Apple screen. You return to your profile, which shows Linked (連携済み).
Sign in with the linked account
On the sign-in screen, press Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. In the Classio app a browser opens to check, then returns to the app.
Roles that need an email code at sign-in, such as staff, sign in with email and password instead of Google or Apple. How long you stay signed in is the same as for other methods.
Unlink
In your profile, under Sign in with another account, press Unlink (連携を解除). Signing in with your email and password still works.
The Google and Apple buttons appear only once Classio has set them up.
