The Classio screen is made up of the menu on the left, the header at the top and the work area in the middle. The menu items you see depend on your permissions and on the features your school uses.

  • The icons along the far left of the screen are areas. They group work into sections such as Home (ホーム), Students (学生) and Attendance (出席).

  • When you select an area, a list of the screens in that area appears to its right.

  • Items with a lock icon are screens that your plan or module settings do not include. Opening one shows a description of that feature.

  • On a smartphone, open the same list from the menu button on the left of the header.

To see which screens each area contains, use the Screen guide (画面ガイド) in the help center.

  • The left side shows where you are (area › screen).

  • Search and jump (検索・移動) (⌘K on Mac, Ctrl K on Windows) lets you find and go to screens and common actions by name. If you have permission to view student information, you can also search for students.

  • Press ? (Help for this page, このページのヘルプ) to see a description of the screen you have open, along with related how-to articles and terms.

  • Use the bell icon to check bulletins and notifications.

The account menu at the right end of the header contains:

  • Profile (プロフィール), Password & security (パスワードとセキュリティ), Display language (表示言語), LINE integration (LINE連携), Notifications (お知らせ・通知)

  • Color mode (カラーモード, light or dark) and text size (文字サイズ)

  • Log out (ログアウト)

For security, you are logged out automatically after 60 minutes without any activity. Save your work often while you are entering information.

Your school workspace opens at its own URL. Signing in from the Classio front door also takes you to your school. Schools using a custom domain can use that address.

If you belong to several schools or have several duties, use the membership switcher to choose where to work. Switching schools changes the URL too. If the move fails, check your connection and sign in again.

If you forget your password, request a reset from your school sign-in page. The email opens your school reset page and returns you to its sign-in page. After changing your password, sign in again on your other devices. Requests made on Nobica use Nobica pages.

Public demos use sample data and are browse-only. Choose Try demo on the introduction, then use the top links to choose the general, drone, driving or training demo. Visitors cannot add or edit records or change account settings. Choose the enquiry link to discuss introducing Classio. Logging out returns to the introduction.
