Exam plans (受験プラン) is where you decide, for each student, how much time to give each subject, based on mock exam results and the targets of their chosen schools. The analysis is recalculated from the standard scores recorded in External exams (模試・外部テスト) every time, so new results appear automatically.

  1. Open Exam plans (受験プラン) and press Create exam plan (受験プランを作る).

  2. Choose the student and enter a title, the main exam date and the total weekly study time in minutes. The exam date must be today or later.

  3. Use Add school (志望校を追加) to enter schools in order of preference, then a target score per subject. If a school's exam is on a different day, also enter This school's exam date (この学校の試験日).

  4. For students with a career plan, Import from career plan (進路希望から読み込む) adds their schools at once. Subjects that appear in their mock exams can be added with one button each.

  5. Press Create as draft (下書きとして作成). Drafts are shown to staff only.

After saving, the analysis appears on the right (below on phones).

  • Gap to target schools: for each school and subject, the latest score, trend (rise or fall per 30 days), target, gap, projection at the exam date and a status (Target reached, Close, Needs work, Stretch, No mock-exam data).

  • Projection at the exam date: the latest score with the current trend extended to the exam date, limited to 10 points above or below the latest. It is not a pass/fail prediction.

  • Subject priorities: ranked by the gap to each target (the first choice counts most) and falling trends.

  • Phases: the time until the exam split into Foundation (基礎固め), Application and practice (応用・演習) and Final stretch (直前期, the last 8 weeks).

Mock exam results entered by guardians or students that staff have not checked yet are also used. Where a subject shows Includes unverified results (未確認の結果を含む), check the result in External exams.

  1. Use calculated split (計算した配分を使う) puts a split of the weekly time by priority into the form (at least 60 minutes per subject when the total allows, in 15-minute steps).

  2. Draft the split with AI (AIで配分の下書きを作る) asks the AI for a draft, with your notes if you like. Only per-subject figures, preference ranks and your notes with the student's name and school names removed are sent. The draft only enters the form when you press Put into the form (フォームに入れる), and it is never saved by itself.

  3. Adjust the minutes and focus per subject and press Save (保存).

Saving creates a study plan starting with "受験プラン:" in Learning logs (学習記録), where it is compared with the time the student logged this week. The exam plan screen also shows this week's log per subject.

  1. When the plan is ready, press Share with student and guardians (本人・保護者に共有). It appears on their Exam plans page, and the student and guardians get an Exam plan shared (受験プランが届きました) notification. The staff note is never shown.

  2. Print meeting sheet (面談シートを印刷) prints an A4 sheet with the gaps, priorities, weekly plan, phases, lines for meeting notes and signature boxes. The staff note is printed only when staff print it.

  3. Stop sharing (共有をやめる) turns the plan back into a draft. After the exams, Archive (アーカイブ) removes it from the list and archives its study plan.

If another staff member saved the same exam plan first, your save is refused with a notice. Your input stays on screen; note what you need, then press Load latest (最新を読み込む).
