In the help center you can look up what Classio's screens are for, how to use them, and the words used on them.

  1. Type the word or screen name you are looking for into the help center's search box. If you separate words with spaces, only results that contain all of the words are shown.

  2. Open a result from Screens (画面), How-to (使い方), Terms (用語) and so on.

  3. If you cannot find what you need, try a shorter word or a different way of saying it.

The Screen guide (画面ガイド) explains each screen in each area of the menu, one by one. It only lists the screens that appear in your menu.

On any screen, press ? in the header to see a description of the screen you have open. Related how-to articles and terms are shown with it.

The glossary lists the words used on screens in Japanese syllabary (五十音) order. Select an underlined word in an explanation to go to that term or article.

At the end of each article, and under the screen description that ? opens, you are asked "Was this helpful?". If you answer No, you can choose what went wrong and say what was missing (both optional).

  • Ratings and comments are used to improve Classio's help. Your school's administrators do not see them.

  • You can change your answer later. When an article is revised, you are asked again.

  • Please do not include names, grades or other personal information in comments.

  • For your school's own procedures, your school administrator can add a "note from the school" (学校からの補足).

The words used on screens (for example 学生 or 生徒 for "student") change with the type of school and its settings. Help text is also shown using your school's words.
