How Career support works

In Career support (就職サポート), each student's application to a company is handled as a "case" (案件) and managed in columns by selection stage. You can filter by academic year and department.

Pipeline

In the Pipeline (パイプライン) tab, applications are arranged in columns by stage. The columns include Interested (興味あり), Applying (応募中), Document screening (書類選考), Interview (面接), Second Interview (二次面接), Offered (内定), Offer accepted (内定承諾), Declined (辞退) and Not hired (不採用). Moving a card to another column changes that application's stage. From the history icon on a card, you can see History (変更履歴): when the application moved to which stage.

Each card shows the application type as Recommended (推薦) or Open (自由), and you can switch it by clicking.

Recommended applications and homeroom approval

Applications submitted as recommended applications (推薦応募) need the homeroom teacher's approval. In the Homeroom approvals (担任承認) tab, check the student, company and application details and choose Approve (承認) or Not approved (非承認). Approved applications are sent to the company.

Job postings

In the Job postings (求人票) tab, career advisors, administrators and academic administrators register the company, job title, job description and so on from Register job posting (求人票を登録). A registered job posting is awaiting approval, and once approved it is published to students. For postings awaiting approval, choose Approve or Not approved in the same tab.

Company information sessions

In the Company information sessions (会社説明会) tab, register the company, title, date and time and so on to announce a session. Students can sign up, and staff record attendance and absence in the participant list.

Day-to-day checks for career advisors

In the Career advisor workspace (就職支援ワークスペース), career advisors can see applications in selection, interview follow-ups waiting, and post-offer follow-ups in one place.
