  1. Issue an achievement (administrators, academic administrators, registrars)
  2. Share an achievement (students and alumni)
  3. Receiving shares

Achievement sharing lets learners choose who sees achievements the school has confirmed.

  1. In Achievement sharing, open "Issue and approve" and press "Issue from a record".

  2. Pick an issued badge or a confirmed learning outcome and press "Create draft".

  3. A staff member other than the author presses "Approve", and the achievement appears for the student. To turn it down, press "Reject" with a reason.

  4. If a mistake is found later, press "Revoke". Every share the student set up stops too.

  1. Press "Configure sharing" on the achievement.

  2. Choose the recipient (current institution or a verified guardian or family member), the fields to share and an expiry date, then press "Share this exact scope".

  3. To stop, press "Revoke sharing". The recipient loses access at once; you can share again later.

  • Guardians can see achievements the learner shared with them.

  • Career advisors see what students shared with the school under "Shared with the school".
