In skills training courses (技能講習) and drone courses, a completion certificate (修了証) is issued after the participant attends the required hours and, for courses with a final exam, passes it. Classio records this flow for each course run.

  1. In Course runs (講習日程), press New course run (講習日程を作成).

  2. Enter the course offered, start date, capacity, daily start time and hours, venue and instructor. You can also choose whether Sundays and Saturdays are days off.

  3. Press Create (作成する) to create a timetable that follows the national standard hours (lectures first, then practical training).

Check the timetable in the run's Timetable (時間割) tab, where you can add and remove sessions. Sessions with recorded attendance cannot be removed.

In the run's participants tab, press the register button and enter the name, furigana, date of birth and course. When a company applies for several people at once, enter the company name to register them together. You cannot register more people than the capacity, or register for a run that has closed registration. Record the ID check and payment status for each participant.

  1. In the Attendance (出欠) tab, record present, late, left early or absent and the time attended for each session.

  2. For courses with a final exam, enter the score and maximum score in the Exams (修了試験) tab and save the result. A score below the pass mark cannot be recorded as a pass.

The final exam can be recorded only after the hours for all subjects have been completed.

  1. Open the run's certificates tab. People who meet the completion requirements are shown under Ready to issue (交付できる方).

  2. Choose who to issue to, and press the issue button.

Certificates are issued by administrators and course managers. They cannot be issued to people who do not meet the completion requirements or whose ID has not been checked. What is missing is shown in Missing completion requirements (修了要件の不足). Participants can check the issue status in My course (私の講習).

Issued certificates are kept in the Certificate register (修了証台帳) with the number, name, course, issue date and expiry date.

  • You can print from the register.

  • For an error on the certificate or a lost certificate, press Void (無効化) and record the reason. Choosing Reissue with a new number (同時に新しい番号で再交付する) reissues the certificate at the same time as voiding it.

  • Voided certificates also stay in the register.

The list of people who completed the course can be exported as CSV from Rosters and billing (名簿・請求).
