Public demo visitors can browse sample records only. Editing, booking, assignment and setup controls are hidden. Use the demo enquiry link to discuss introducing Classio. This area brings together the running of drone schools and skills training courses (技能講習). You prepare the courses offered and their schedules, record participant registration, attendance and completion exams, and issue completion certificates (修了証) to those who meet the completion requirements. Administrators, instructors and office staff use it to run courses, and participants use My course (私の講習) to check their progress. It appears if your school subscribes to the courses setup. Some words on screen change with the type of school, for example to 受講生 (trainee), 機体 (aircraft) or 修了証明書 (certificate of completion).

Screen

Overview

See at a glance current and upcoming course runs, completion certificates waiting to be issued, unpaid fees, and inspection deadlines for aircraft and equipment. If there are no courses to run yet, you can add one from here.

Today's sessions appear at the top, in time order.

  • Instructors see only the sessions they teach, under Your sessions today (今日の担当).

  • Tap a session to open its attendance.

  • Sessions with attendance recorded are ticked; sessions that have started without it show Attendance due (出欠待ち).

Screen

Course runs

List the schedule, capacity and applications for each course run, and create a new run with Create course run (講習日程を作成). When you choose a course to offer, the timetable is created automatically with the hours set by the national standards. Within each run, you manage participants, the timetable, attendance, completion exams and completion certificates.

  • Public demos show the detail tabs. Booking status, identity checks, attendance and exam results cannot be changed, and certificates cannot be issued.

Screen

My course

A screen for participants. Home shows the next session and, for each course, the hours attended and the completion certificate status. My course (私の講習) shows hours by subject, completion exam results and the timetable by day, with today marked.

Screen

Certificate register

A register of issued completion certificates with number, name, course, issue date and expiry date. Besides searching and printing, if a certificate has an error or is lost, you can record the reason, invalidate it and reissue it with a new number.

Screen

Rosters and billing

Export a roster, as CSV, of people issued a completion certificate within a period, and check the number of participants and payment status for each applying company.

Screen

Courses offered

Add the courses you run from the course catalog, and set the fee, the hours for each subject and the prefix for completion certificate numbers. Hours cannot be set shorter than the national standards.

Screen

Equipment

Register aircraft and equipment with their control number, type, registration code and next inspection, and manage their maintenance status. When an inspection deadline approaches, you are notified on the home screen.
