How school data is handled
Data about a school’s users (students, guardians, staff) is managed by the school; Classio handles it on the school’s behalf. Requests such as disclosure are received by each school.
AI features follow each school’s settings, such as never sending identifiable data or processing it only through a route in Japan.
What this site does and does not claim
This site describes implemented features. LINE, payment and other external integrations are switched on after they are checked in each school’s environment.
We do not publish customer names, customer counts or outcome figures until we have evidence and permission to do so.
