In Classio you can check bulletins from the school and your child's attendance, schedule and other information. The screens you see depend on your school's settings.

  • Home (ホーム) brings together today's information about your child and items we ask you to check.

  • If the classroom runs a school bus, "Today's bus" on Home shows your child's ride and the estimated arrival, and you can say "Not riding today" there.

  • To move between screens, use the menu on the left on a computer, or the menu at the bottom of the screen on a smartphone. Screens that are not in the bottom menu can be found under More (その他).

  • If you have more than one child registered, you can switch between them at the top of the menu.

  • Press ? at the top of the screen to read a description of the screen you have open.

  • Please use the bell icon to check bulletins and notifications from the school.

  • From the account menu at the top right, you can change the display language, LINE integration (LINE連携), color mode and text size.

  • If your LINE account is linked, you can ask on LINE, for example "How much is next month's tuition?", and you will receive, from the school's fee records, each child's charges, any unpaid amount and the due dates. A month that has not been billed yet is shown as an estimate (見込み). This may not be available, depending on the school's feature settings.

  • If you choose a display language other than Japanese and your school has turned on automatic translation, notices and messages from teachers reach you translated into that language. It is machine translation; Show original (原文を表示) always shows the original Japanese.

For security, you will be logged out automatically after 60 minutes without any activity. Please log in again to continue.

If anything is unclear, please search the help center or contact your school's office.
