This area brings together residence management and support for international students. It is used by Administrators, Academic administrators and International office staff. It is a feature for vocational schools (専門学校) and universities, and may not appear depending on your plan or module settings.

A screen for managing information related to international students' residence status in one place. In addition to Status (対応状況), it has the tabs COE applications (COE申請), Residence cards (在留カード), Passports (パスポート), Work hours (就労時間), Dropout risk (退学リスク), Attendance (出席管理), Case management (ケース管理), Meeting records (面談記録), Life support (生活支援), Documents & reports (帳票・報告), Violations (違反集計) and Bulk actions (一括操作). Work hours over 28 hours a week are counted as a violation.

A screen for managing the regulatory rules and documents used for reports to the immigration authorities and others. Manage the legal basis and deadlines for each version in Regulatory rules (規制ルール), check action dates in Deadline calendar (期限カレンダー), and in Document packs (帳票パック) generate documents from approved rules, then approve, finalize and notify the students concerned.
