The staff dashboard has two views: Overview (概要) and Blocks (ブロック). The Home screen for students and guardians has fixed content and does not offer these options.

Use Overview (概要) and Blocks (ブロック) at the top of the screen to switch views.

  • Overview: a summary of today's classes, items needing action, Students to watch, and trends. You can switch the period of the key figures between Today (今日), This week (今週), This month (今月) and This term (今学期).

  • Blocks: a view where you can freely rearrange and hide blocks.

Administrators, academic administrators and teachers can switch views. Other staff roles always see the Blocks view. The view you choose is saved to your account.

  1. In the Blocks view, press Edit blocks (ブロックを編集).

  2. Arrange the blocks with Move up (上へ移動), Move down (下へ移動) and Hide (非表示にする) on each block.

  3. Blocks you have hidden can be shown again from Hidden blocks (非表示のブロック).

  4. Press Finish editing (編集を終了).

The layout is saved to your account and is the same on every device. Reset my layout (自分の配置を標準に戻す) returns it to the original layout.

Key figures (主要指標) and Needs action today (今日の要対応) are fixed blocks and cannot be hidden. The blocks shown depend on your role and the screens you can open from the menu. Administrators can reset everyone's layout at once with Reset everyone's layout (全員の配置を標準に戻す), but this cannot be undone.

At schools with more than one campus, administrators and academic administrators see a Campus (キャンパス) selector. When you choose a campus, all figures and blocks in both views are limited to that campus.

Students to watch (気になる学生) in the Overview view brings together students with many missed classes, attendance alerts, unpaid fees, homeroom teacher notes, or a support plan from the counseling room. You can filter by type, and selecting a student opens their details.

If outstanding bills fail to load, use retry. A no-balance message appears only after the applicable bill sources have loaded successfully.

Links to fee details and direct debit appear only when the school has access to the fees module.
